Cornerstone Youth Fall Retreat 2025

Join us the weekend of October 17-19 for our 2025 Cornerstone Youth Fall Retreat at Hidden Acres!

This is the best weekend of the year that you won't want to miss. There will be epic worship, incredible teaching themed "Grasping the Gospel," small group time, and awesome activities, creating memories you'll have for years!

Registration closes at midnight on Friday, October 10th!

Parents, if you have multiple students in your household, please fill out ONE FORM for EACH STUDENT who will be attending. Once completed, please be sure to fill out the Forms sent in the Confirmation Email.

DETAILS

• Price: $110
  • This includes two nights of overnight lodging, four meals, snacks each night, and activity costs!
• Check-In: Friday night, 6:15-7:30pm 
  • Session 1: Friday night, 8pm
• Pickup: Sunday morning, 11am
• Food Allergy Form: If your student has any food allergies, please fill out Hidden Acres Food Allergy Form by Wednesday, October 1!
• Medications: If your student takes prescription medication, please fill out our Medication/Health Information now! This form needs to be completed before checkin on the 17th. 
• Merch: There will be Fall Retreat merch for sale! At the event, we will take cash, credit card, or Venmo. Merch will be sold first come, first serve at retreat.
• Packing List: Bible, Notebook/Pen, Sleeping bag, Pillow Extra blanket, Toiletries (deodorant!), Towel, Warm clothes, Modest swimsuit (1 piece for girls), Tennis shoes, Water bottle

IMPORTANT

• If your student can't arrive by 11pm Friday night, please bring them Saturday morning at 8am to the Dining Hall.
