Parent Commissioning Interest Form

Parent Commissioning is a special time for parents who are welcoming new children into their families (either by birth or adoption) to publicly commit to raise their kids to follow Christ. Since this is a time for our church family to support these parents, we ask that families who participate first become members of Cornerstone before taking part in Parent Commissioning.
