Parent Commissioning Interest Form

Parent Commissioning is a special time for our church family to support the parents who are publicly committing to raise their kids to follow Christ. Since this is an important thing for our church family as a whole we are asking that families who participate first become members of Cornerstone before taking part in Parent Commissioning.
